Budapest All In Tour on MonsteRoller

Nem. A MonsteRoller elektromos rollerek e-kerékpárnak minősülnek, így nem szükséges hozzájuk vezetői engedély. A kezelésük nagyon egyszerű, amit indulás előtt egy rövid oktatás és gyakorlás során megmutatunk.

• Age limit: tour participants must be 14 years or older to drive (under adult supervision).
• You must have a valid photo ID card or a copy of your passport with you. One photo ID per group will be photographed as a deposit during the rental period. 
• Due to the nature of the activity, drivers must be sober during the tour. If you arrive intoxicated, we will be forced to cancel your ride without  a refund.
• Everyone is required to sign our terms & conditions before the tour. You can read the complete terms by clicking here.
• Please arrive a few minutes early to get set for your tour without any rush.

Comfort is key during your ride. Riding an e-scooter means it can get windy during the ride, so we recommend wearing layered clothing. High heel shoes and short skirts are not recommended.

Please note that bookings are valid whether rain or shine, but don’t worry: we can provide rain ponchos if it rains, and warm gloves when it gets cold. 

Yes. Our MonsteRoller electric scooters qualify as e-bikes so you can use the bike lanes. In fact, our tour routes mostly use bike paths and we recommend using them during self-guided rides as well for the safest and most enjoyable ride.

The All In Tour starts from our downtown location at Bécsi utca 8, 1052 Budapest (open in Google maps). It’s a 2-minute walk from Deák Ferenc tér metro station (lines M1, M2 and M3).

The tour ends at the same location.

Sure. If you have bags that you’d like to leave with us for the duration of your tour, we can store your luggage safely and free of charge at our locations while you’re out discovering Budapest. 

Our tours are designed to be cozy and intimate experiences, with no more than 12 people in the group. We want to make sure we can ride together smoothly and that everyone gets a chance to ask their questions. If you prefer a more personalized tour with your own group, you can book a private tour by getting in touch with us.

We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone who’d like to ride and to make sure you can ride together with your entire group. However, in case of large groups of 10 or more people, we reserve the right to divide the group into more than one group and start them a few minutes apart for maximum safety, and in order to minimize disturbance to city traffic. Thank you for understanding.

Tipping is not mandatory but it is always much appreciated. In general, you can aim at around 10%, but only if you’re happy with the provided services.

Szélsőséges időjárási körülmények vagy előre nem látható események esetén azonban fenntartjuk a jogot a foglalás törlésére vagy átütemezésére a következő elérhetőségig. Ha ilyen okok miatt mondjuk le, teljes visszatérítést adunk.

Túrák átütemezése : A túrák 24 óránál hosszabb előzetes értesítés esetén (a rendelkezésre állás függvényében) átütemezhetők. Ha kevesebb mint 24 órán belül tudatod velünk, hogy nem tudsz eljönni, de szeretnél átfoglalni egy másik dátumra vagy időpontra, vagy nem jelensz meg a túrán de szeretnéd átütemezni, akkor 15 Eur (6 000 Ft) /fő újrafoglalási díjat számolunk fel. Köszönjük a megértést.

Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before start time. After then, a 100% cancellation fee is charged.

Rescheduling rentals: MonsteRoller e-scooter rentals can be rescheduled based on availability. If you cannot make it at the original booked time, let us know as soon as you can and our team will do our best to offer you alternate options – however, please note that it’s subject to availability and in high season, we may not be able to give you another suitable option due to a large number of reservations. Please note that if you are trying to reschedule within 24 hours and we cannot give you another suitable date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
